Q: How many bedrooms are in your traditional unfurnished apartments?
A: Currently we have 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartments available.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes, we allow pets that are not deemed aggressive in breed. Pet rent & fees do apply.
 

Q: Do you offer short term leases?
A: Yes, we offer 3-5 month, 6 month, and 9 month leases. Short term premiums will apply.
 

Q: Do you offer a waitlist?
A: Yes, we offer a waitlist year round, contact our leasing office to apply today!
 

Q: Do any of your apartments offer patios?
A: We do not currently offer patios with each apartment, but our community does offer an outdoor patio area with a fireplace, and a Cabana that is perfect for relaxing.
 

Q: Are utilities included?
A: We have many options! You can choose to either have just your water included with your rent. Or you can choose to have your water, electric, cable with HBO, and wireless internet included! 

Q: Are there washer/dryer hookups?
A: Yes, each apartment home has a laundry room with washer and dryer hookups. They will fit a full sized set side by side. 

Q: How far are you from Camp Lejeune?
A: We are just steps away from Camp Lejeune’s Piney Green Gate, the distance from our community to base is less than a quarter of a mile.
