Resident Requirements:

Monthly income must exceed two times the monthly rent or must have a BAH sufficient to cover rent. In some cases a guarantor is required.
A complete application is required for each adult occupant. A $35 application fee is required for each applicant.
A favorable credit history and a minimum Beacon score of 600 are required for lowest deposit possible.
Applicants must not owe any other apartment community or utility company. Any collection must be paid in full and a receipt showing payment must be provided prior to application approval.
